Why you can trust the order
Three rules the site follows, each with the page that spells it out.

- Ranking
Ordered by Google reviews, not by payment
An agency’s place comes from the Google rating of its own listing and the number of reviews behind it, from 5 reviews up. Until the ratings are in, agencies are listed A–Z. An agency can pay for a profile; it cannot pay for a rank.
- Vetting
Checked before it gets a request
An agency receives requests only after we have checked its company, its insurance and its reviews, and spoken to it. A person at ReloFinder reads every request before it is passed on.
- Who we are
Run by Loaded AG
ReloFinder is operated by Loaded AG. Movers pay nothing; agencies pay for introductions or a recommended profile. The imprint names the company and where to reach it.
Questions before you start
What does it cost me?
Nothing. ReloFinder is free for movers. Agencies pay us when they accept a request, or for a recommended profile. You pay an agency only for the services you book with it.
How do agencies pay, and can they buy a better place?
Agencies pay in two ways: a credit for each request they accept, or a monthly fee for a recommended profile. Recommended profiles sit in their own band, labelled “Recommended · paid placement”, at most 3 at a time. Payment never moves an agency up the list.
How does the ranking work?
Each agency gets one score from the Google rating of its own listing, weighted by the number of reviews behind it. An agency needs 5 reviews to get a rank; agencies with fewer follow in alphabetical order. We have not collected Google ratings yet, so every list is A–Z for now and reorders by score as ratings come in. The method page lists every rule and every change.
What happens after I send a request?
Within one business day a real person here reads your request, then hands it to one agency in your city. Tick “compare offers” and up to 3 agencies get it. The agency contacts you directly, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Which countries do you cover?
Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Australia, Belgium, Singapore, Ireland, the United Arab Emirates and Denmark are open now. 2 more countries are opening soon: Luxembourg and Sweden.
Where are the agencies in Switzerland?
On our sister site relofinder.ch, which has its own ranking. This site lists agencies in other countries.
Tell us your move. We find the agency.
Two minutes of questions, then one agency that fits. A person at ReloFinder reads every request within one business day.
